As I was walking down the beach on a sunny hot day I could fell the ground shacking like an earthquake. I saw 2 giant footprints on the sand then I started to run around like I’m in hell I finally saw the giant and screamed as loud as I could, then my mum came to get me. As the giant passed  my mum and I, I almost passed out because the giant smelt like garbage and he had old rusty clothes that were dirty.   Running around screaming and crying at my mum telling her to take me.

King Kong has broken from the P.M.C.J.F (prime mates central jail facility). Prints have been found on a secluded beach on the eastern side of New Mexico. Reporter Ali Williams is on the scene,

“There has been numerous phone calls come in due to this major incident, and many people are worried for their children, scientists though have ensured that all children will be safe and secure.”

Surveillance cameras caught the event on tape. Cameras showed that Kong, break from his enclosure, and then made his way along the beach leaving a massive path of mass destruction.

One stormy night the king of giants had been poisoned to death when he ate something. When is two sons and one daughter had heard about it they screamed with rage, and then they jumped down to the forbidden planet called earth. A Earth man saw the giant girl in tears but she didn’t like it so she shrunk him from human size to ant size. When he looked up his foot looked like a giant’s footprint. As she was walking off her brothers declared war against his people to see who killed him.

Neco was staving when he suddenly saw something purple in the corner of the fridge. It was an apple. He couldn’t resist it. So he took a huge bite. He felt his legs getting shorter. The next thing he knew was that he had shrunken from eating that apple. He went to explore the outside world. He was never allowed to go outside. But because he could fit in the doggie door. By the time he got back his parents locked it. So he went for a long walk to find a big house to live in. he found a huge sandcastle at the beach.

“I can’t wait to get to the beach’ sally said excitedly.

“yeah it’s really hot today’ I replied

“We’re almost there kids’ mum said. When we arrived at the beach sally and I leaped out of the car and jumped down onto the soft white sand. “Look at that is it a foot print?” I asked sally.

“I think so… it’s huge” Sally replied. As we got closer we could see how big it was. “It’s about 10 meters long’ I said. We followed the giant’s foot prints to the cave. “Do you think that there’s a giant in there?”

Popcorn follow up

We stared by buying popcorn seeds from the super market. Then we got a tray and filled it with soil.Then we then put the seeds in between two wet paper towels.We waited for roots to pop out.After about two weeks the popcorn seeds had long roots. We planted the seeds in the soil and waited for them to grow.

After about two weeks the seeds had sprouted leaves, the stalk came next.We kept watering them and they kept getting bigger. They now have long leaves and thin but strong stalks.

The popcorn is much bigger now. They have lots more leaves, old brown leaves are falling off and new green leaves are growing in there place. Some plants are just starting to grow while others are really big.

Today in class we were learning about tessellations. We learnt what a tessellation is and how to identify them.  Our teacher then sent us outside to locate as many tessellations as we could.  Can you guess what these tessellations are?
