Room 6 Space Station (RSS)

Scenario: Melville Intermediate School have been chosen to man a space station in order to study planets and the possibility of living on a planet other than Earth. Students will need to gain a brief understanding of space stations and their uses. 

Session ONE:

Students to discuss what facilities will be needed on board the space station to accommodate students.







After watching the Video above and going on the ISS Tour what do you think is the most important features to include in our space shuttle?

Session TWO

How are your living requirements going to be met in space?  How will you eat, sleep and toilet?



Session THREE

Our next step, before we begin living in our space station, is to great some designs / plans / Blueprints for our space station.

Session Four


Welcome to your space station. Here you will conduct and research different experiments and projects to help develop our understanding of objects in space.  Before we begin lets take a minute to look around and view our magnificent earth.
